Sahil Metals stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of Aluminium 5754 Forgings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. They provide high-quality aluminum alloy products that are designed for strength, corrosion resistance, and outstanding performance. Aluminium 5754, part of the 5000 series, is a magnesium-rich alloy known for its remarkable resistance to seawater, industrial chemicals, and various atmospheric conditions. Sahil Metals adheres to international quality standards, ensuring precision forging and customized specifications to cater to a wide range of industries. Thanks to its excellent formability, weldability, and durability, Aluminium 5754 forgings find extensive use in marine, automotive, chemical, transportation, and structural applications, offering long-lasting and cost-effective solutions.
Aluminium 5754 Forgings generally consist of 2.6–3.6% magnesium, ≤0.40% silicon, ≤0.40% iron, ≤0.40% manganese, ≤0.10% copper, ≤0.15% chromium, ≤0.20% zinc, with the remainder being aluminum. This specific composition provides high corrosion resistance, especially in marine and chemical settings. In terms of mechanical properties, Aluminium 5754 boasts a tensile strength ranging from 190–240 MPa, a yield strength of about 80–130 MPa, elongation of 20–25%, and a Brinell hardness of approximately 60–70 HB. It strikes a balance between moderate strength and excellent ductility and fatigue resistance. As a non-heat-treatable alloy, it gains strength through cold working, making it perfect for forming and forging processes.
