Sahil Metals stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of Aluminium 1100 Forgings in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We take pride in offering high-quality, non-heat-treatable aluminium products that are renowned for their excellent corrosion resistance and remarkable workability. Aluminium 1100 is essentially pure aluminium, boasting high thermal conductivity, impressive ductility, and exceptional finishing properties, making it perfect for a variety of applications. At Sahil Metals, we ensure that our Aluminium 1100 Forgings are crafted with precision engineering and adhere to strict quality standards, guaranteeing reliability and performance. We also provide tailored solutions for industries like chemical, food processing, architecture, and marine, all while meeting global standards at competitive prices.
Aluminium 1100 Forgings consist of 99% pure aluminium, with trace amounts of copper (0.05–0.20%), iron, silicon, zinc, and manganese. This unique blend gives them excellent corrosion resistance, superior thermal and electrical conductivity, and good ductility. With a tensile strength ranging from about 90–130 MPa and a yield strength of 35–120 MPa (depending on the temper), Aluminium 1100 offers impressive elongation and formability. While it’s non-heat-treatable, it can be strengthened through cold working. Its lightweight nature, machinability, and resistance to chemicals make it perfect for shaping into complex forms through forging processes.

Aluminum 1100 forging allows custom shapes like rings, discs, bars, flanges, stepped shafts, and intricate profiles, ideal for aerospace, automotive, and industrial applications requiring high corrosion resistance and ductility.
Aluminum 1100 is unsuitable for high-temperature forging applications due to its low melting point and poor strength at elevated temperatures, making it better suited for cold working or low-temperature uses.
Aluminum 1100 offers excellent corrosion resistance, high ductility, good thermal conductivity, lightweight properties, and exceptional workability, making it ideal for custom forgings requiring precise shapes and resistance to harsh environments.
Aluminium 1100 Forgings find their place in various industries that demand corrosion resistance and formability. In the chemical and food processing sectors, they are commonly used for equipment, tanks, and piping systems. The architectural industry utilizes them for decorative features, roofing, and siding, thanks to their excellent surface finish. In marine applications, they are favored for their lightweight and corrosion-resistant properties. Additionally, you’ll find them in heat exchangers, utensils, reflectors, and signage. The combination of being lightweight, conductive, and durable makes Aluminium 1100 forgings a go-to choice for many applications.
