Inconel 713C is a nickel-based superalloy that consists of about 70% nickel, 13% chromium, 6% aluminum, 4% molybdenum, along with trace amounts of niobium, titanium, and carbon. This alloy is precipitation-hardened, providing remarkable high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and creep resistance. It boasts a tensile strength of around 1040 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 760 MPa. Inconel 713C maintains its mechanical integrity at temperatures soaring up to 950°C, making it perfect for applications that face extreme heat. Additionally, it offers excellent castability and thermal fatigue resistance, which are crucial for aerospace and turbine components.
