With a strong focus on quality, precision, and dependability, Sahil Metals provides high-performance Inconel 625 bars and rods that are engineered for extreme conditions. These bars and rods boast remarkable resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and high temperatures, making them perfect for tough applications in aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and power generation. Thanks to their advanced manufacturing capabilities, Sahil Metals guarantees that each product adheres to the highest international standards.
Inconel 625 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy that also includes niobium, which boosts its strength and corrosion resistance. Typically, it consists of about 58% nickel, 20–23% chromium, 8–10% molybdenum, and 3.15–4.15% niobium. This alloy delivers a tensile strength of around 827 MPa and a yield strength of 414 MPa, along with excellent fatigue and creep resistance. Inconel 625 maintains its mechanical properties across a wide temperature range, from cryogenic levels up to 980°C. Its outstanding weldability and resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking make it a go-to choice for highly corrosive and high-stress environments.
