Sahil Metals, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, stands out as a top-notch manufacturer and supplier of high-performance alloy products designed for demanding industrial settings. One of their standout offerings is the Incoloy 800HT forgings, crafted for remarkable strength, thermal stability, and corrosion resistance, especially in high-temperature scenarios. These forgings are perfect for applications in chemical processing, heat treatment, and power generation industries. With their advanced manufacturing skills, strict adherence to international standards, and a strong commitment to quality and reliability, Sahil Metals provides durable Incoloy 800HT solutions that engineers and industrial clients across the Middle East and beyond can trust.
Incoloy 800HT forgings are composed of a high-temperature nickel-iron-chromium alloy, featuring around 30–35% nickel, 19–23% chromium, along with small amounts of aluminum (0.15–0.60%) and titanium (0.15–0.60%). This unique alloy boasts improved creep and rupture strength compared to the standard Incoloy 800. It has a tensile strength ranging from about 600–750 MPa and a yield strength of 300–450 MPa. Incoloy 800HT maintains its structural integrity even at temperatures above 1100°C and offers excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization, and stress-corrosion cracking in harsh environments.

To determine if Incoloy 800HT Forgings meet your specific needs, assess their high-temperature resistance, oxidation, and carburization properties against your application requirements. Consulting with a supplier for detailed material specifications and testing options can also ensure compatibility.
The ideal temperature range for forging Incoloy 800HT is between 2100°F (1149°C) and 2300°F (1260°C). This range ensures optimal workability, mechanical properties, and maintains the material's strength and resistance to oxidation.
Temperature control is crucial for maintaining the desired mechanical properties of forged Incoloy 800HT, as overheating or insufficient heating can lead to reduced strength and ductility. Proper temperature management ensures optimal grain structure, resistance to oxidation, and overall performance in high-temperature applications.
These forgings are commonly utilized in high-temperature and high-stress settings, such as furnace components, heat exchangers, reformer outlets, and superheater tubing. Their ability to withstand thermal fatigue, oxidation, and carburization makes them ideal for petrochemical processing, power plants, and industrial heating systems. With reliable performance during extended exposure to elevated temperatures, they help minimize downtime and maintenance in critical systems. Their strength and stability during thermal cycling ensure safety and durability, making Incoloy 800HT forgings a go-to material in industries that demand dependable operation in tough conditions.
