Sahil Metals is a reputable Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-based manufacturer and supplier of superior alloy materials intended for harsh industrial conditions. Among its high-quality inventory are Hastelloy flat bars, which are renowned for their high corrosion resistance and strength. These bars are applied extensively in chemical, marine, and power sectors where materials are required to withstand aggressive media and high temperatures. Sahil Metals assures all Hastelloy flat bars are up to international standards for quality and durability to provide dependable solutions for critical applications with a serious commitment to precision, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Hastelloy flat bars consist mostly of nickel and other varying percentages of molybdenum, chromium, iron, and cobalt, depending on grade (e.g., C22, C276, or B3). They offer excellent resistance to many corrosive substances like aggressive acids, oxidizers, and chlorides. Hastelloy flat bars generally exhibit tensile strength between 690 and 800 MPa and have very good ductility and resistance to stress corrosion cracking. They retain structural integrity when exposed to elevated temperatures and chemically harsh conditions, and they are therefore well suited to fabrication and prolonged use in hostile conditions.
