The Stainless Steel 316Ti Round Bars and Rods are titanium-stabilized variants of 316 stainless steel, which means they offer improved resistance to intergranular corrosion and can withstand high temperatures. Their composition features 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and a controlled titanium content (at least five times the carbon content). These bars boast a tensile strength of approximately 515 MPa, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and an elongation of around 35%. The inclusion of titanium enhances stability during welding and prolonged exposure to heat, making them perfect for structurally demanding and corrosive environments.
