With cutting-edge manufacturing methods and a commitment to international standards, Sahil Metals guarantees dependable, high-performance Monel K500 Forgings for critical applications.
Monel K500 is a nickel-copper alloy that contains roughly 63% nickel and 27–30% copper, along with aluminum and titanium for precipitation hardening. This alloy boasts a high tensile strength of about 965 MPa, a yield strength of 690 MPa, and an elongation of 20–30%. It excels in resisting seawater, acids, and alkalis, all while maintaining toughness and dimensional stability over a broad temperature range. Monel K500 Forgings also show remarkable fatigue and wear resistance, making them perfect for heavy-duty applications that face both mechanical stress and corrosive conditions.
